Terms & Conditions
All orders can be submitted via fax, e-mail, telephone or through your VENUS Business Consultant.
Available products will be shipped immediately. Out of stock or special order items will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as they are received. Back-ordered items will be invoiced separately at time of shipment. Please note, all back orders for color under 6 tubes will be cancelled and the customer must re-order unless the color was no charge and purchased in an Intro Deal.
VENUS Beauty Supplies Ltd. credit terms are NET 30 days for salons. All new account orders will be shipped C.O.D. or PREPAID, pending approval of a credit check. All orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless a VENUS credit application is on file. Please note, we use Equifax for our credit checks. (Please Salon Credit Application form.)
All accounts are due and payable within 30 days from date of invoice. A 2% per month (24% p.a) interest charge will be charged on the overdue balances.
Shipments will be delivered via our courier services. Delivery charges are based on the type of service used to deliver to the salon:
• Net 30/PREPAID — $12.00
• PREPAID over $300 — $0
• C.O.D. — $20.00
**Please Note: Separate freight charges may apply for furniture orders or over-sized or over-weight orders.
Merchandise may be returned for credit. Credit will only be given if product is in resale able condition. No returns on clearance, discontinued items or items subject to hygienic considerations (ie. hair brushes, hair extensions).
A 15% restocking fee will apply for restock items over 3 months. No return will be accepted for credit after 6 months form date of purchase.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued for all merchandise before return is accepted. The RMA# must be visible on all boxes being returned. Please contact your VENUS Business Consultant or Customer Care Representative for an RMA number.
In order to expedite your return, please indicate the original invoice number during the RMA request. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for credit to be processed once product is picked up.
If wishing to return product, you may do so through your VENUS Business Consultant or by contacting the VENUS Customer Care desk. Please be advised that pricing will reflect the last purchase price found in our accounting system for that item.
*Items are not credited until they are received and inspected in our warehouse. NET 30 accounts will see a credit on their monthly statement. PREPAID and C.O.D. accounts will have the credit applied to their next order.
Terms & Conditions do not apply to salon furniture and equipment. All furniture and equipment are C.O.D. Final Sale.
Prices are subject to change without notice and products will be invoiced at prices prevailing on the day of shipment. We will notify you of price changes in advance whenever possible.
Warranties on all electrical goods are subject to different warranties. Warranty information can be found in the Warranty Section on this website. Please contact VENUS Customer Care for further information if required.
Original invoice must accompany return of defective items for proof of purchase and warranty.
