PAYMENTS

All customers are shipped PREPAID by Credit Card payment
Other PREPAYMENT methods may be available prior to shipping product (i.e. INTERAC E-transfer, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque).
The information herein provided by the Applicant is warranted to be true, complete, correct and given for the purpose of obtaining a VENUS Account Number
All claims against invoices must be received within 2 days of receipt of goods.
All shipped and invoiced goods remain the property of VENUS Beauty Supplies Ltd. until invoices are paid in full.

BACK ORDERS
In stock products will be shipped immediately. Out of stock or special-order items will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are received. Back-ordered items will be invoiced separately at time of shipment. Please note, all back orders for hair color under 6 tubes will be cancelled and the customer LS Virtual Yours must re-order, unless the hair color was no charge and purchased in an Introductory Promotion.

FREIGHT
Shipments will be delivered via our courier services. Delivery charges are based on the type of service used to deliver to the salon:
• PREPAID — $12.00 (subject to change)
• PREPAID over $200 — $0 (subject to change)

Please Note: Additional freight charges may apply for furniture orders, over-sized/over-weight orders or specific regions within Ontario.

RETURNS Terms & Conditions
Merchandise may be returned for credit. Credit will only be given if product is in resale able condition. Damaged or defaced packaging/product is not returnable. Clearance, discontinued items or items subject to hygienic restrictions (hairbrushes, hair extensions etc.) are not returnable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned products purchased after 3 months. No returns will be accepted on products purchased after 6 months from date of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be issued for all merchandise before return is accepted. The RMA# must be visible on all boxes being returned. Please contact your VENUS Business Consultant or customercare@venusbeauty.com for an RMA number. To expedite your return quickly, please indicate the original invoice number during the RMA request. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for credit to be processed once product is picked up. Please be advised that pricing will reflect the last purchase price found in our accounting system for that item. Items are not credited until they are received and inspected in our warehouse. Credits will be applied to future orders. Pick-up fees apply where applicable.

RETURNS Terms & Conditions - Furniture/Equipment
All furniture and equipment is PREPAID, non-returnable and considered final sale. Prices are subject to change without notice and products will be invoiced at prices prevailing on the day of shipment. We will notify you of price changes in advance of shipping. Special Orders are considered final sale.

WARRANTY
Warranties on electrical goods are subject to each manufacturer’s own warranty & return policy. VENUS will honor the warranties as outlined. For defective items, proof of purchase with the original VENUS Invoice must accompany all returns. Please refer to our venusbeauty.com homepage for full Warranty Information on all our brands.
